The Bol Opens at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek

COCONUT CREEK, Fla. (May 26, 2017) – Seminole Casino Coconut Creek staged a ribbon-cutting ceremony today to celebrate the opening of its new restaurant – The Bol.

Attendees included Seminole Tribe of Florida Tribal Council members and Board of Directors; Seminole Casino Coconut Creek President Steve Bonner; and Eric Douglas, operating partner of The Bol. The event featured a traditional dragon dance.

The 60-seat dining venue is situated near the main valet entrance and in close proximity to the Player’s Club Xperience.

Open every day for lunch and dinner, guests will be able to experience authentic Asian cuisine inspired by Chinese and Vietnamese recipes, while indulging in regional selections prepared using signature wok-cooking styles complemented with Chinese and Vietnamese culinary influences. Unique fragrant, balanced flavors of traditional Asian ingredients deliver an authentic one-of-a-kind dining experience.
