Seminole Casino Coconut Creek Names New VP of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef

COCONUT CREEK, Fla. (July 16, 2021) – Seminole Casino Coconut Creek has announced a new Vice President of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef.

With 25 years of hospitality experience, Brent Cook joins the property as its Vice President of Food & Beverage. He will provide leadership and strategic development to the food and beverage operation, while reporting to President Larry Buck.

Cook most recently served as Vice President of Food and Beverage at New York-New York Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. He also spent 19 years with Caesars Entertainment working at Paris, Bally’s, and Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, as well as at the Reno Hilton and Flamingo Hilton in Laughlin, Nevada.

Jason Stephens has taken over as Seminole Casino Coconut Creek’s Director of Food and Beverage. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and comes from employment stops in Las Vegas at New York-New York Hotel & Casino and MGM Grand where he was Director of Food and Beverage.

Chef James McNulty has been appointed the new Executive Chef. He has extensive casino experience after culinary stints at the Monte Carlo, Treasure Island, Bellagio, and Venetian, all in Las Vegas. Additionally, he was the Assistant Executive Chef at the Ameristar Kansas City and helped open the Kansas Star Casino in Mulvane, Kansas as Executive Chef.
