Claim your gifts through Player Boutique on promotion days:

1. Insert your Seminole Wild Card into any slot machine.
2. Select PROMOTIONS icon.
3. Select PLAYER BOUTIQUE to claim your gift.

It’s that simple and convenient. You’ll receive your gift at home.

  • Player Boutique is a program that allows you to order gifts on your slot machine and have them shipped directly to your house. Simply insert your Seminole Wild Card into your favorite slot machine, press the promotions icon, press the Player Boutique icon, choose your gift, enter your Seminole Wild Card PIN, confirm your mailing address, and your gift will be shipped directly to you!
  • You can now order your gifts at the comfort of any slot machine. Player Boutique eliminates having to wait in lines and carry around your gift.
  • You will continue to receive invitations via mail and email as you always have to notify and remind you that you are eligible for a gift. You will see a Player Boutique logo on our promotional pieces to differentiate which promotions are Player Boutique gifts. You can always insert your Seminole Wild Card into any slot machine and press the Promotions icon to see if the Player Boutique icon is available.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address we have on your Seminole Wild Card account. If you do not have an email on file, please visit us at the Player’s Club. You can also check with the Player’s Club to confirm that your order was placed, or press the “Order History” button when you are in the Player Boutique program on the slot machine.
  • It will be shipped directly to your home. You will confirm your shipping address at the time of redemption. You can also visit the Player’s Club should you need to update any information.
  • Yes. Each promotion will have designated start and end times. Player Boutique will not be available outside of those times.
  • Insert your Seminole Wild Card and press the Promotions icon, and then the Player Boutique icon. You can then click the gift that you were invited to earn and it will show you how much more you have to play to earn the gift through a progress bar. Once the progress bar is filled and turns green, you will be able to order your gift through the slot machine.
  • Once prompted to review your mailing information, if anything is incorrect, you may select Change Address. You will then be able to update any incorrect information, including your phone number and email address, right from the convenience of your slot machine! If you are having any issues with this step, please visit our Player’s Club for assistance.
  • Email [email protected] with your name, Seminole Wild Card number, and nature of concern. Leaving out this information may delay you from receiving a prompt response or solution. You may also visit our Player’s Club for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
  • For any gift issues, you must email [email protected] with your name, Seminole Wild Card number, and the issue you are experiencing with your gift. Seminole Casino Coconut Creek does not accept returns or offer exchanges for any Player Boutique items.
  • Any Free Play claimed through Player Boutique is good for 24 hours upon redemption.
