Seminole Casino Coconut Creek Elevates the Experience at Fresh Harvest
Innovative, high-end ‘variety kitchen’ completes restaurant’s renovation
Coconut Creek, Fla. (November 9, 2015) – Fresh Harvest, one of six diverse dining options at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, is now open after an extensive upgrade and culinary refinement. The enhancements are designed to revive the popular Fresh Harvest by increasing menu options, diversifying dishes, modernizing the décor and making the experience more personal and interactive.
The décor is inspired by an outdoor garden party, featuring a modern rustic look with natural light, warm colors, chalkboard signage, copper accents and granite countertops. Crisp, white plates serve as a canvas for the culinary creations, and will be seen alongside individual-sized cast iron skillets, small fry baskets, bamboo dishes and mason jars.
The new menu will feature classics, while leaving room for new favorites. Executive Chef Matthew Sadowski, Executive Pastry Chef Mark Weideman, Fresh Harvest Chef Stephen Collins and Garde Manger Chef Eric Beaulieu have challenged each other’s creativity, working together to develop a diverse offering of flavorful and original menu items.

Fresh Harvest is 5,421 square-feet, with seating for 210 guests, both in the indoor dining room and the outdoor patio.

- Sausage and other meats will be procured from the onsite butcher shop at NYY Steak
- The restaurant sources local produce and other ingredients, whenever possible
- House-made dressings are prepared fresh daily
- Orange juice and lemonade are fresh-squeezed
- Gelatos, ice creams, sorbets and custards are made from scratch, in-house
- Dishes are presented on small plates, rather than typical oversized buffet trays
Signature dishes and desserts include pan-seared margarita shrimp with black beans and mango corn salsa, sesame-soy grilled chicken over sweet and spicy yuzu slaw, brownie mudslide shooters and the soon-to-be-world famous, Coco Compost Cookies
- A weekly Land & Sea Dinner is available on Friday and Saturday
- Brunch, served Saturday and all day Sunday, includes endless mimosas and sparkling wine
- Gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free items are always available
Pricing is $14 for breakfast, $19 for lunch, $27 for dinner and $33 for the Land & Sea dinner offered on Friday and Saturday. Brunch is offered on Saturday and all day Sunday for $28, which includes endless mimosas and sparkling wine. An unlimited beverage package of house wine and domestic bottled beer is available with any dinner meal for an additional $10.
